Things have gotten better, then worse, then better, and now they're kind of hanging in the undecided area. My nightmare troubles returned last night; that, coupled with the fact that Kim's and my sleeping on the other's 'side' of the bed caused the bed to feel a LOT smaller for some reason, kept me awake most of the night. A real shame, too, as even Arabelle slept pretty well. Ah well.
I still am not sure how God will provide for us, but my brother reminded me this morning that things don't have to be going well to have fun. My new goal is to have fun enjoying life no matter what is going on in my life. I'm also going to make sure all the doors I can control are open, ready for Him to push something in, or pull something out.
This morning I am going to sit in on my sister's class, as they discuss Animal Farm. The teacher discovered a while back that I've read it a couple of times, and is excited to get a "fresh" opinion in the discussions. It's a little intimidating, and I hope she doesn't hope to get a lot of political views out of me; politics are a topic in which I consider myself a novice, conversations I listen to rather than participate in. Though I do believe in the founding fathers' dream for this country., I'm not one "qualified" to expound on the evils of big government or anything like that. (Though I readily complain of the media's infatuation with Obama!)
Then we'll see how the day goes. :)
